Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Astech-Technology AMB-107 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weidemann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Uniop product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the CR192C0001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CENTRUM2000 manufactured by Weidemann and we are pleased to be able to service most Weidemann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP11G040045 by Manufacturer Uniop as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yokogawa Brand EXAPH402PH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as AMS980100 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E78 made by Marposs as well as the popular EA7T10C07Z13B011 original spares produced by Automation-Direct

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEPL1304301 by Carrier and AMS980100 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DU8P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Barco.
